The Memorandum of Understanding establishes a framework for strategic collaboration in key areas, including accreditation and quality assurance, mutual recognition of standards, joint promotion of academic events, and the exchange of expertise and best practices. The course was reviewed as a well-structured foundational language program aligned with CEFR Level A1, with a clearly defined purpose of developing learners’ core English communication skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. QAHE noted that the program is delivered entirely online through an asynchronous model, making it accessible to adult learners and working participants while maintaining an organized and progressive learning experience.
