QAHE Honorary QA Auditors

At QAHE, we pride ourselves on maintaining the highest standards of external quality assurance in the education sector. Our accreditation processes are carried out by a dedicated team of honorary members known as auditors. These auditors, who are appointed on a case-by-case basis, play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and credibility of our assessment procedures.

Our auditors are selected from a pool of assessors within QAHE, taking into consideration their professional expertise and experience. We also encourage the participation of international peers to bring a global perspective to our accreditation processes. It is important to note that the selection process for external experts may vary slightly depending on whether it is for programme, module, institutional accreditation/certification, or quality management system evaluation.

To maintain impartiality and objectivity, we have strict criteria in place. External experts with any affiliation to the institution being assessed are excluded from participating in the assessment proceedings. Similarly, representatives from other higher education institutions in the same region and students from rival organizations are also excluded. This ensures that our accreditation processes are fair, unbiased, and free from any potential conflicts of interest.

To ensure a continuous supply of qualified experts for our quality assurance activities, we are always seeking new volunteers to join our team. Dr. Ahmed Basheer Ayyed, BDS, MSc, PhD Candidate (Orthodontics)

Assistant Lecturer of Orthodontics & Manager, Quality Assurance UnitFaculty of Dentistry, Al-Turath University, Baghdad, Iraq Dr. Ahmed Basheer Ayyed is a distinguished academic, clinician, and international lecturer specializing in orthodontics and institutional quality assurance. He currently serves as Assistant Lecturer of Orthodontics and Manager of the Quality Assurance Unit at the Faculty of Dentistry, Al-Turath University, where he plays a pivotal role in advancing academic standards and clinical excellence.

Marilee Bresciani Ludvik

Marilee Bresciani Ludvik, Ph.D. is the Director of Academic Effectiveness and WSCUC ALO, as well as a Professor of Practice at the University of San Diego. She previously held positions as Associate Provost of Institutional Effectiveness at Loyola University Chicago and Clinical Professor in the School of Education. Additionally, she served as Chair and Tenured Professor of the Educational Leadership and Policy Studies department at the University of Texas Arlington.Dr. Ludvik's research focuses on using social and emotional neuroscience to reduce stress and anxiety while enhancing attention, emotion regulation, cognitive flexibility, and compassion.

Prof. Esoimeme's expertise lies in the areas of regulatory law, substantive law, and professional compliance guidance regarding the strategic management of money laundering risks and vulnerabilities. He has a comprehensive understanding of anti-money laundering laws and policies, counter-fraud measures, and anti-corruption strategies.

Dr. Ernest Fahim

Dr. Ernest Fahim is an accomplished professional with a strong educational background. He holds a Doctor of Excellence from Auream Phoenix University and a Ph.D. in Education Planning & Management from Selinus University Italy in 2018. He also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from the UK.

Amb Dr. Oto Johnson Cadet

Amb Dr. Oto Johnson Cadet, born on August 12, 1974, in Ikot Abia Osom, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria, is a distinguished professional with a rich educational background and extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. He completed his primary education at Methodist Primary School, followed by secondary school at Methodist Secondary School, NtoNdang. Dr. Cadet obtained his GCE in 1995 and pursued higher education at Obafemi Awolowo University, where he earned both Certified and Advanced Diplomas in Business Administration, as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Conflict Management and Resolutions.
