International Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (QAHE), registered in Delaware USA, is an independent, private and international organization which is funded through fees charged for its accreditation services to Higher Education Institutions, Certification Bodies, E-Learning Management System Providers and Training Organizations. We use our expertise to support the development of quality assurance systems worldwide. As the accrediting agency has grown in size and complexity, the quality assurance systems have evolved and, progressively, tasks are articulated and delegated, with official certifications.

ISO 9001: 2015 (Quality Management System)

ISO 29990:2010 (Certified for Training System)
To ensure the appropriate quality and development of education in educational institutions across the world, it was necessary to set specific requirements. These are covered by the internationally recognized standard ISO 29990. Standard ISO 29990:2010 is recommended to providers of education and training services, organizers of workshops, universities and high schools or institutions providing life-long learning. ISO 29990 is also often applied by academic institutions, language schools, driving schools and other training organizations. Certification based on ISO 29990 (Learning Management System Standard) is a general certification for the professional practice and quality performance of learning providers. QAHE offers online training and certification programs for professionals in the field of training and education. Our institution has successfully met the ISO 29990 standards.
ISO/IEC 17011:2017 (SPECIFIES REQUIREMENTS FOR THE COMPETENCE, CONSISTENT OPERATION AND IMPARTIALITY OF ACCREDITATION BODIES ASSESSING AND ACCREDITING CONFORMITY ASSESSMENT BODIES)
ISO/IEC 17011 exists to provide for a consistent application of conformity assessment to international consensus-based standards and conformity assessment schemes. Standards exist for impartial attestation of subject competence. Such attestation is done by accreditation bodies that are impartial and independent of the conformity assessment bodies and their recipients. The process of demonstrating the essential features about a product or services which meet the requirement of standards, regulations and other specification is called conformity assessment. A variety of PROCESSES involved in verifying that goods/services meet acceptable voluntary or mandatory standards such as Testing , Surveillance, Inspection, Assessment, Auditing, Certification and Registration.
ISO/IEC 17040:2005 (the general requirements for the peer assessment process to be carried out by agreement groups of accreditation bodies or conformity assessment bodies)
This new standard will be most valuable to groups of peers performing conformity assessment activities, such as conformity assessment bodies and accreditation bodies conducting tests and carrying out product certification. It provides the requirements for an effective peer assessment process while allowing individual groups to adopt specific measures appropriate to their own fields. ISO/IEC 17040:2005 is applicable to peer assessment of conformity assessment bodies performing activities such as testing, product certification, inspection, management system certification (sometimes also called registration), and personnel certification. ISO/IEC 17040:2005 is not concerned with the wider issues of the arrangements for the formation, organization and management of the agreement group, and does not cover how the group will use peer assessment in deciding membership of the group. Such matters, which could for example include a procedure for applicants to appeal against decisions of the agreement group, are outside the scope of ISO/IEC 17040:2005.
ISO 20000:2018 (Service Management System)
This document specifies requirements for an organization to establish, implement, maintain and continually improve a service management system (SMS). QAHE announced that its Service Management System has been certified for registration with the ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 quality standard by a 3rd party auditor, AQS, which demonstrates the company’s ability to manage the end-to-end delivery of IT services. This was achieved with unconditional approval and no major or minor findings during the audit. This is a significant achievement, as the ISO 20000 standard helps organizations ensure effective delivery of IT services, continually improve processes, and focus directly on customers.
ISO/IEC 27001:2013 (Information Security Management System)
QAHE started to work for quite a long time to receive ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Information Security Management System Standards Certificate, which is an international standard and completed the training process successfully. Documentation works were started at the end of the training and internal inspection, management review and external inspection processes were completed. As a result of successful works of QAHE ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Management System Standards Certificate is received. SO 27001:2013 Information Security Management System Standards Certificate will contribute to documentation, follow up and update of information and experience acquired in order to create institutional memory and continuous development of the Association.
