Collaboration with other Accrediting Agencies
In February 2023, we are very delighted to announce that we have reached an MOU for reciprocal recognition with Agency for Accreditation of Educational Programs and Organizations, Kyrgyz Republic (AAEPO). The non-governmental institution “Agency for Accreditation of Educational Programs and Organizations” is a non-profit organization with the status of a legal entity established to increase the competitiveness of vocational education of the Kyrgyz Republic through accreditation. Furthermore, AAEPO is a Full Member of The International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE) and The Asia-Pacific Higher Education Quality Assurance Network (APQN). INQAAHE is a worldwide Association of about 300 organizations dedicated to the theory and practice of quality assurance in higher education while APQN has 222 members from 41 countries and territories and is becoming the largest and most influential international higher education organization in the region. The purpose of the Agency is to conduct institutional and program accreditation of educational organizations, the development of methodology, technologies, standards and criteria for the accreditation of educational programs and vocational education organizations. Accreditation is aimed at improving the quality of educational programs and the effectiveness of educational institutions.
In same month, we have reached a Memorandum of Understanding with The Agency for Quality Assurance in Education “EdNet”, Kyrgyz Republic. EdNet Agency is the first independent accreditation agency in the Kyrgyz Republic, which was established and registered in 2012 in the Ministry of justice, and later on in 2016 was acknowledged by the Ministry of education and science of the Kyrgyz Republic as an eligible accreditation agency, that is allowed to conduct program and institutional accreditations in the Kyrgyz Republic, and was included in the National register of accreditation agencies of the Ministry of education and science. Since 2016 the Agency has become a full member of INQAAHE. When being established in 2012 the agency defined its foremost goal as quality assurance and promotion of culture through independent accreditation of educational programs and institutions, and thus contributed to development of educational system of Kyrgyzstan, by participation in development of legislative framework for independent accreditation that has been taking place during 2012-2016 years. Thus, the agency was part of the national team that elaborated governmental regulations on procedures and criteria for program and institutional accreditation of professional education that were approved in 2016 – the year when independent accreditation process was launched in Kyrgyzstan. EdNet Agency was established as a result of Central Asia Network for Quality Assurance – CANQA project, which was aimed at development and implementation of quality assurance systems and quality culture in higher education in Central Asia. As such, preparations for establishment of the agency has started in 2009 and last for the next 3 years – such approach ensured that staff of the agency was fully trained (by the experts from EU accreditation agencies – NVAO, ACSUG) and was prepared for running the agency on with a highly professional manner and knowledge in accreditation. Within CANQA the EdNet Association, the founder of EdNet Agency, initiated a bill on the introduction of an independent accreditation system in Kyrgyzstan, which was adopted in 2013, and the system of accreditation has been officially launched in 2016. The EdNet agency considers the independent accreditation procedure as one of the main mechanisms contributing to the qualitative development of the higher education system of the Kyrgyz Republic, increasing the competitiveness of universities both inside and outside the country, increasing public confidence in the learning outcomes achieved by universities, as well as the development of human potential in the field of quality culture and new approaches to assessing the quality of education. The Agency is responsible for reviews at institutional and programme level of post-secondary education institutions. As it stated in the Charter of the Agency (Part 4Subject, Goal and Objectives of the Agency).
QAHE is an Institutional Membership of Council on International Higher Education Supervision (CONIES). Institutional Members are Quality Assurance Agencies, Accreditation Agencies, Professional Guilds and Bodies, Certification Agencies, Non-Profit Organisations and Non-Governmental Organisations. A Membership Certificate (Certificate no.: CONIES-BOA-MEM-QAHE-22022023) from CONIES Board of Accreditation has been awarded accordingly. CONIES-ICHE Board of Accreditation is recognized by the founding member universities of CONIES Confederación Internacional de Educación Súperior, accredited by BQS Board of Quality Standards (INQAAHE member) as Management System Certification Body (ISO 17021). CONIES is a member of INQAAHE and APQN. The Board is acting in full independence from the founding member universities and the autonomy is reflected in the development of its assessment functions. In March 2023, We are extremely delighted to announce that International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-Tertiary and Higher Education (QAHE) has reached a Memorandum of Understanding with Higher Education Council, North Syria (HEC) for reciprocal recognition and strategic collaboration on promoting international accreditation. HEC is an an independent higher educational, academic body was established in northern Syria in 2016 with the aim of licensing and accrediting universities, institutes, and higher education institutions in Syria and around the world. HEC is also the full member of Asia Pacific Quality Network (APQN).
International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-tertiary and Higher Education (QAHE) has met the American Council of Training and Development’s recognition requirements in accordance with international standards and general requirements for accreditation services to higher education institutions. As a consequence, it has become a part of the ACTD network of globally recognized organizations. ACTD is an independent board established in the United States of America that issued a license certificate from the Secretary of State of New Jersey. It provides training development, training programs, supervision of courses and professional programs, accreditation and evaluation service for training institutions and trainers worldwide, and we have an advanced global network with regional offices spread all over the world. QAHE also has been admitted as an Accredited Member of the Board of Quality Standards (BQS). QAHE has fulfilled the Validation criteria of BQS and is fully approved by the chairman of IAC and can participate at INQAAHE Worldwide conference as BQS member. The Board of Quality Standards is an independent international quality assurance regulator and a member of the International Quality Assurance Agencies for Higher Education (INQAAHE).
In 2022, International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-tertiary and Higher Education (QAHE) have started our collaboration with International Academic and Management Association. Our accredited institutions will be eligible for IAMA’s membership, and their institutional members will be eligible for our accreditation without further review and inspection.
In addition, International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-tertiary and Higher Education (QAHE) has signed partnership agreement with World Accreditation Commission (WAC). As part of efforts to promote strategic priorities with a view of enhancing quality provision of higher Education systems Worldwide, World Accreditation Commission (WAC) has partnered United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) Centre, Central and South America as Panacea to the global higher Education systems Challenges on international trends on Education Quality Assurance (ITEQA) And International Quality Assurance (IQA).
International Education Board as a Global Certification Authority uses their expertise in universities network management to support the implementation of quality assurance standard systems around the world. As accreditation systems have grown in size and global complexity, quality assurance systems have progressively evolved to a level where official certifications are required for operational standards recognition. Euro-American Joint Accreditation Center (EA-JAC) and QAHE have reached Memorandum of Understanding. Euro-American Joint Accreditation Services (EA-JAC) is an independent accreditation body offering accreditation programs for Laboratories, Certification bodies and Inspection bodies. All EA-JAC accreditation programs operate in accordance with relevant international standards with the aim of getting these programs harmonized and recognized internationally. This will ultimately promote and increase the reputation and confidence of products and services provided by EA-JAC accredited partners.

We are glad to announce that International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-tertiary and Higher Education (QAHE) is accredited by Quality Assurance Commission (United Kingdom & Malaysia). The Quality Assurance Commission is recognized as an accrediting body for the purposes of Key Information Set (KIS), operated and published by the UK government Higher Education Statistics Agency and registered as “Accrediting Body”. We are glad to announce that International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-tertiary and Higher Education (QAHE) and International Accreditation Board (USA) has reached a Memorandum of Understanding for reciprocal recognition. IAB is a not-for-profit organization. It operates in accordance with relevant international standards and requirements and maintains integrity and impartiality while taking into account national and public interest. IAB has established an independent, impartial, and transparent accreditation system. As a not-for-profit accreditation body, decisions made by IAB are not subject to any commercial or financial obligations. IAB is internationally recognized and represents the interests of the stakeholders at international forums through membership and active participation with the objective of becoming a signatory to the international Multilateral / Mutual Recognition Arrangements (MLA / MRA) simultaneously ensuring measures to safeguard impartiality and objectivity of its accreditation process.
In December 2022, we have reached an MOU with ProfQual, United Kingdom (www.profqual.org.uk) for reciprocal recognition. ProfQual is a UK based self-regulated Qualification Awarding body for higher education. ProfQual qualifications are increasingly being validated as a pathway to gaining relevant bachelor’s and master’s degrees at more and more UK and international universities, which provides students with significant opportunities to continue their higher education. ProfQual has established a broad variety of targeted controlled credentials specifically for centers approved by ProfQual that have funded their growth and partnered with ProfQual to ensure that the curriculum in specialty areas addresses their learner needs. This is ideal if you’re in a highly specialized business, or you’re operating in a unique market where our existing ‘off-the-shelf’ qualifications don’t quite meet your requirements.
European Agency for Higher Education and Accreditation (EAHEA) is one of strategic partners for reciprocal recognition. EAHEA is an independent and international quality assurance, rating, and accreditation agency. EAHEA grants accreditation to educational institutes, vocational institutions, distance learning centers, online courses, corporations, professionals, qualified individuals, instructors, and students, and oversees accreditation standards. We at EAHEA are very proud of our long and prestigious, rich history. The fact that we help governments for setting the local standards in higher education for many years through our research, publications, conferences, seminars, and partnerships makes us the leader in this effort.
Collaboration with Theological Organizations and Accrediting Agencies
QAHE has reached an MOU with International Association for Biblical Education (IABE). IABE’s accredited institutions shall be eligible for our accreditation. International Association for Biblical Education (IABE) stated in the year 2015. IABE is a nonprofit accrediting body for Theological Institutions, committed to promoting a high standard of theological education. IABE Established to equip committed men and women through Theological Institutions for the extension of God’s Kingdom. IABE collectively work with member institution to uplift in the world-class accreditation standard of its quality, our purpose is to Authorize, Recognize and Accredit Bible Colleges and Seminaries for higher learning to fulfill the will of God. IABE works as a mentor to guide member institutions in their pursuit of excellence, and IABE exists to fulfill the Global Mission that Christ has given to make disciples of all nations.
QAHE also has been recognized as one of the outstanding international accrediting bodies by Christian Leaders Connection in cooperation with the Church of Grace International Ministries Inc. for having proven quality services and conducting excellence in monitoring activities related to educational institutions globally.
In addition, International Accreditation Commission for Education (IACE). The IACE. is a nonprofit, tax-exempt Christian organization dedicated to making a significant contribution to the promotion of Christian education everywhere. They are governed by a Board of Directors, and Board of Advisory Board all of whom are reputable born-again Christians. The IACE is part of the Christian Leaders Connection the Board of Directors of the CLC. has formally announced its full recognition, endorsement, and approval of the IACE Unlike regional accrediting associations which are limited to one area, they were established as a multi-national association of Christian Educational Institutions.
For the promotion of international accreditation services, QAHE has reached agreements World Institutions of Theological and Secular Education Accreditation for reciprocal recognition. WITSEA is a member of International Association of Bible Colleges and Seminaries and International Association of Bible Institutes, USA. QAHE reached a Memorandum of Understanding with International Council for Accreditation of Theological Schools. International Council for the Accreditation of Theological Schools is an accreditation agency that endorses and equip Bible Universities and Seminaries with the necessary tools and inputs for thorough Christian Education.
Besides, Memorandum of University with International Commission for Education Accreditation Seminary (ICFEAS is based in ZAMBIA, Peru and USA) has been reached for reciprocal recognition. ICEAS is a non-profit independent Accreditation body dedicated to providing theological accreditation to the Christian Schools’ such as Bible colleges, Bible Universities, schools of ministry and seminaries.
In September 2022. QAHE has reached an MOU with Great Commission Theological Institute (GCTA) for reciprocal recognition. GCTA is a non-profit theological college committed to academic excellence, intellectual freedom, ethical conduct, and moral integrity. GCTA was chartered as a charitable corporation in the State of South Africa to help establish, support, maintain, and promote the development of the non-traditional, modular, and private tutoring/mentoring methods on-campus, and audio/video-taped, online, and other distance learning methods off-campus. International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-tertiary and Higher Education and International Accreditation Board for Marketplace Ministry have agreed to reciprocally recognize each other. The International Accreditation Board for the Marketplace Ministry (IABMM) is an independent quality management accreditation and certification body, established to promote quality assurance in Higher education for marketplace ministry.

International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-tertiary and Higher Education (QAHE) is fully accredited by the Institute of Certified General Accountants Pakistan, and QAHE has complied with all the professional and educational standards set by the Institute. [View Certificate] he Institute of Certified General Accountants (CGA-PAKISTAN® ) is a nonprofit organization and an international Professional Accountancy body for all General Accounting Technician (GAT), General Accounting Practitioners (GAP) and Certified General Accountants (CGA). The Institute was formed for the specific purpose of providing National and International Organization for General Accounting Technician (GAT), General Accounting Practitioners (GAP) and Certified General Accountants (CGA), and also to foster interest in the national aspect of public accountancy equivalent to internationally accepted standards.
We have also signed an MOU with Chartered Institute of Arts Management & Professionals (CIAP) for reciprocal recognition. CIAP is an independent professional body for Chartered Arts Management and Professionals, USA. Working in partnership with World Associations of Arts Management; to provide Administrators, Students, Researchers, Governments, Entertainers, Policy Decision Makers, Professionals & other Stakeholders the springboard for Leadership, Management & Entrepreneurship in the arts for constructive, regulatory & beneficial engagements of Arts Management globally. The Association of International Certified Public Accountants, UK (CPAPRO), and International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-tertiary and Higher Education (QAHE) have reached a Memorandum of Understanding for reciprocal recognition and open possibilities for further cooperation. The Association of International Certified Public Accountants is one of the prestigious international accountancy bodies; Incorporated in England & Wales (under co setup as The Association of International Certified Practising Accountants) and in Pakistan as Non-Government & Non-Profit Organization; functioning in Europe, GCC & Asian countries. The Association (and its allied institutes) are duly approved, recognized and authorized Accountancy Professional Legal Bodies to work internationally as Educational & Examining authority; Award the CPA Certifications; Regulate Associate & Fellow CPAs; and Issue Practicing Certificate under bye-laws.
International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-tertiary and Higher Education (QAHE) is fully accredited by the Institute of Certified Internal Auditors Pakistan, and QAHE has complied with all the professional and educational standards set by the Institute. International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-tertiary and Higher Education has reached an MOU with Cambridge Academy of Professionals, UK (CAP). CAP is a UK-based professional community, has developed a Body of Professional Competency [BPC] applicable to any profession. CAP-BPC uses research-based assessment criteria to explore the Capacity Intention Capability [CIC] of a professional to apply, promote, and contribute in the professional areas to achieve organizational goals. This is a unique opportunity for any professional to prove his or her competency level through this Professional Credentials program. CAP-Professional Credentials are accepted by the global professional community as well as corporates across the globe.
QAHE has reached an MOU with The Society of Professional Engineers (International) for reciprocal recognition. Certificates of Recognition have been exchanged accordingly. The Society of Professional Engineers was established the United Kingdom in 1969, to promote the interests of skilled engineers in all the main branches of Engineering. The main objective of the Society is to enhance the status of trained and experienced professional engineers in the absence in the UK of any legal protection for the title “Engineer”. The founding members believed that this was necessary, as “Engineer” can be used by anyone in the UK, whether or not trained or experienced. This remains a priority for the Society. The Society created and maintains a Register of Engineers who can demonstrate knowledge and competence in engineering. Applicants who meet the Society’s criteria for membership may use the designation “P.Eng”.
QAHE has reached an MOU with International Association of Research Scholars & Administrators (IARSA) by extension International Association of Research Scholars & Administrators Corporation (IARSAC) for reciprocal recognition. IARSA is a superior scientific and scholarly association that it’s characterized by certain commitments in diversified areas of study. The Association demarcates a particular space in the landscape of research across the world by repositioning scholars and research administrators to increase their achievements and take them beyond the obvious. As such, our scholarship shapes the next generation of researchers, it addresses societal concerns and it informs a broad swath of communities outside of academia. Since inception of the association, IARSA has been working to cultivate academic freedom under a spirit of self-reliance and self-respect and opening up new horizons in creative scholarly endeavor. The association has also attracted outstanding faculty and members from universities, colleges, institutions and corporate organizations in the 4 continents of the world. The Association has continued to pursue the “Three I’s”, which in recent years have become common concern of prestigious research association around the world: Interdisciplinary research, Internationalization and Innovation. IARSA is growing into a world-class research organization and now is boldly innovating its system to become a global leader in academic and global research. Collaboration with Worldwide educational organizations
By signing an MOU with World Storage Education, Canada (WSE), QAHE further expands its horizon to Blockchain storage and different world standard guides. WSE is the world’s leading ‘Degree Assessed’ and ‘Blockchain Storage’ institution. They are committed to helping people around the world solve education evaluation and data storage problems. One of WSE’s goals is to “Develop and Promote Common Standards.” The Professional Competency Profile for Credential Evaluators (PCP) and the Guide to Credential Evaluation (‘Guide’) represent important statements regarding our profession and are the result of two years of dedicated work by the WSE Committee for Standards. The PCP is intended to be a defining document for our profession – it outlines what we believe to be the key characteristics, qualifications, and role of Evaluators and Senior Evaluators. The ‘Guide’ represents a common framework for evaluating credentials that should be a standard for evaluators whether they work in an agency or institutional setting. Both the PCP and Guide are ‘living’ documents’ that will be refined and updated over time as the nature of our work as international credential evaluators evolves. [View certificate]
International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-tertiary and Higher Education (QAHE) and China Beijing Institute of Credit Information Science for International Students (CSCSS) have reached an MOU to recognize each other reciprocally. The CSCSS is the largest non-government non-governmental organization for the certification and analysis of international students returning to China; its director has a certain influence on students studying abroad in China; since 2009, he has been the deputy director of the Education Strategy Development Committee of the Ministry of Education of the Chinese government. In August 2022, Chartered Institute of Educational Practitioners, United Kingdom (CIEPUK) have reached a Memorandum of Understanding for reciprocal recognition. CIEPUK is a leading professional body duly accredited and based in the United Kingdom and Nigeria and Sub Saharahan Africa to promote professional development, education and innovation across Africa and Worldwide. They have offices in both United Kingdom and Africa.
Collaboration with Quality Assurance Agency
International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-tertiary and Higher Education has reached a Memorandum of Understandings with Accurate Quality Services and Accurate Quality Services LLC. AQS Certifications is an accredited Certifications Body specializing in the Certifications of management systems, training systems and products/services in accordance with international standards relevant to those standards. The expertise, experience, reliability and global recognition of certificates issued by AQS Certifications and have founded its international presence in over 30 countries worldwide.
