We are delighted to announce that Prof. Baktybek Ismailov, Director of Agency for Accreditation of Educational Programs and Organizations, Kyrgyz Republic (AAEPO) has been appointed as our Honorary Fellow. Prof. Ismailov was the Public Adviser of Minister of Education and Science of Kyrgyz Republic, Director of Institute of Automation and Information Technologies of the National Academy of Sciences of Kyrgyz Republic,  Bishkek and Head of State Inspection on Licensing and Attestation of Educational Institutions of the Ministry Education. He has published more than 90 works and some of his prominent works on higher education are:

• AAEPO’s Experience in Accreditation of Vocational Education in Kyrgyzstan in 2017-2022. GIZ, Conference, Tashkent, 2022
• Independent Accreditation of higher educational and VET institutions has begun in Kyrgyzstan, INQAAHE Newsletter. First Edition, March 2018.
