QAHE Signs MoU with Euroasian Educational Research Council for Mutual Recognition and Strategic Cooperation

The International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-Tertiary and Higher Education (QAHE) is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Euroasian Educational Research Council (EERC). The agreement establishes a framework for strategic cooperation and mutual recognition between the two organizations.

Under the MoU, QAHE and EERC have agreed to collaborate in promoting quality assurance, accreditation standards, research excellence, and international best practices in higher education. The partnership aims to strengthen institutional development, enhance academic quality, and foster greater cooperation between educational institutions across regions.

The Euroasian Educational Research Council (EERC) is a distinguished organization dedicated to advancing education and research excellence at the college level. Established on July 21, 2022, and officially registered on October 11, 2024, under Registration Certificate No. 2024192892 issued by the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, EERC focuses on scientific research and development, particularly in the social sciences and humanities. Headquartered at 5-Shamnath Marg, Delhi-110054, the Council is committed to fostering transformative learning experiences and supporting academic growth through innovative research and global collaborations.

EERC holds international recognition, including a Certificate of Recognition from the European Association for Higher Education Advancement (EAHEA) and certification from the American Merit Council (Certificate No. 2710202934). It is also officially registered as a Private Educational Organization under Institution ID: 25rc0128026.

As part of its global outreach, EERC serves as a strategic partner of the Public Foundation “Independent Accreditation Agency ‘Bilim-Standard’” in the Kyrgyz Republic. Recognized by the National Accreditation Council of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic, “Bilim-Standard” plays a vital role in promoting academic excellence through institutional and programmatic accreditation. It is an active member of prominent international quality assurance networks, including the Asia Pacific Quality Register (APQR), and the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA).

Through this partnership, QAHE and EERC aim to work together on initiatives related to accreditation and quality assurance, mutual recognition of standards, joint academic events, research collaboration, professional development programs, and the exchange of best practices. Both organizations share a strong commitment to upholding the highest standards in education, promoting academic integrity, and enhancing the international competitiveness of institutions.
