QAHE Awards Institutional Accreditation to Elite Education Network s.r.o.

Sep 18, 2026

The International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-Tertiary and Higher Education (QAHE) is pleased to announce that Elite Education Network s.r.o. has been awarded institutional accreditation. The decision follows a detailed review of the institution’s application and of the supporting dossier submitted to the Accreditation Committee.

Elite Education Network s.r.o. is a Czech limited liability company incorporated on 22 April 2014 and registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 225273, Company ID 029 24 871. Its registered office is Plaská 622/3, 150 00 Prague 5 – Malá Strana, Czech Republic. The registered activity includes extracurricular education and training and the organisation of courses and lecturing. The company is wholly owned by Theorein Group s.r.o., which is wholly owned by VCF Capital, s.r.o. Statutory representation rests with Managing Director Ing. Vladimír Částka. QAHE’s listing applies only to this legal entity.

The accreditation does not separately cover the specialised Academy websites or brands. Executive Academy, Healthcare Academy, Defence Academy, Teacher Academy, Public Administration Academy, Law Academy, Finance Academy, Marketing Academy, Mentor Academy, Real Estate Academy, Social Media Academy and Progress Academy are treated, as the institution’s own dossier states, as educational divisions of the same company. No separate QAHE listing is created for those brands.

QAHE’s review found a coherent professional-education model for adult learners. The published mission is to provide accessible, flexible and practically applicable professional education that supports professional and personal growth. Provision of the professional programmes is fully online, with 24/7 access to a learning management system, rolling commencement, self-paced study and an indicative completion period of about 10 to 14 months. Short courses, particularly through Progress Academy, may also be offered face to face.

A defining strength of the application is the institution’s consistent statement of legal status. Academic regulations, admissions conditions, study agreements and the institutional profile all state that the programmes are professional, non-degree education. They are not higher-education programmes under Czech Act No. 111/1998 Coll. on Higher Education Institutions, nor under foreign higher-education legislation. Designations such as BBA, MBA, DBA, Executive MBA, LLB, LLM, LLD, MPA, MPH, MHA, MSc. and Ed.D. are described as professional designations, not Czech academic degrees. QAHE records that disclosure as material. Institutional accreditation does not convert those titles into state-recognised university degrees.

The programme framework is structured rather than informal. Twelve professional programme families are set out across the Academy divisions, with published entry routes based on education and, where stated, relevant professional experience. Study is modular, with tests and seminar papers at subject level and a final thesis followed by an online defence. Minimum thesis lengths are differentiated by level: 20 standard pages for BBA and LLB; 30 pages for MBA, Executive MBA, MPA, LLM, MPH, MHA and MSc.; and 50 pages for DBA, LLD and Ed.D. Citation follows ČSN ISO 690. Seminar-paper templates likewise differentiate length by level. Admissions and contract documents describe application, evidence of education or experience, a Study Agreement, payment including interest-free instalments, and LMS access after the commencement payment. Sample agreements repeat the non-degree legal status and address withdrawal and default.

Assessment and integrity rules are documented. The Assessment Policy sets a standard 70 per cent pass threshold for online tests, a seven-working-day turnaround for manually assessed work, resubmission of written work, and pass, revision-required or fail outcomes for the final thesis. The Academic Integrity, Plagiarism and AI Policy requires the student to be the genuine author of submitted work, distinguishes permitted, disclosable and prohibited uses of generative AI, and provides for human review rather than automated detection as the sole basis for a serious decision. Complaints and appeals are separated into informal resolution, formal complaints and academic appeals, with a final internal review by a person who did not make the original decision.

The institution also submitted an LMS description and evidence pack showing a student dashboard, subject structure, automated testing, electronic submission of written work and contact channels, together with representative screenshots and sample learning material. Teaching is delivered through an external-lecturer network covering fields such as human resources, healthcare, health administration, finance, executive management, analytics, education management and public administration. Quality assurance is described as an annual plan–deliver–monitor–review–improve–record cycle. Student-support, refund and cancellation, and privacy and data-protection policies address LMS access, feedback times, instalments, refund circumstances, GDPR lawful bases and data minimisation.

QAHE accreditation is an institutional quality-assurance process. It does not make Elite Education Network s.r.o. a Czech university. It does not confer authority to award academic degrees under Act No. 111/1998 Coll. It does not separately accredit any named professional programme. It does not replace Czech or EU company, consumer, data-protection or professional-licensing law. After listing, public wording may indicate that Elite Education Network s.r.o. is institutionally accredited by QAHE, provided it does not state or imply separate programme accreditation of an individual MBA or other professional designation.

QAHE congratulates Elite Education Network s.r.o. and Managing Director Ing. Vladimír Částka on this recognition and welcomes the institution to the QAHE directory of accredited institutions.
