Admission Requirements for Candidates

 

The candidate must hold a higher education diploma (Bachelor’s, Engineer’s or Master’s degree) and have a minimum of three years of professional experience in a managerial position at least at the middle management level. Candidates are also required to submit a motivation letter outlining their professional experience, career development objectives, and expectations regarding participation in the MBA program.

 

 

Objective of the Postgraduate Studies

 

The MBA postgraduate program is designed to develop leadership skills, strategic thinking and business knowledge. The aim of the program is to prepare participants for effective management in a dynamic business environment by, among others:

  • developing practical managerial skills and competences,
  • solving potential organisational and managerial problems,
  • analysing current trends in modern management,
  • acquiring the ability to make effective decisions under time pressure or in conditions of uncertainty,
