International Institute of Management s.r.o. Receives QAHE Institutional Accreditation

Oct 07, 2026

The International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-Tertiary and Higher Education (QAHE) has approved the institutional accreditation application of International Institute of Management s.r.o., a Czech limited-liability company registered under Company ID 099 16 571, with its registered office at Biskupský dvůr 2095/8, Nové Město, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic.

The decision applies only to that legal entity. European Business & Management Institute (EBMI) and the public websites ebmi.cz, ebmi.sk and ebmi.eu are treated as public-facing educational channels of the same company. They are not separately accredited legal entities, and QAHE has not created a separate listing for those domains, brands or individual programme families.

The Accreditation Committee reviewed the application dated 11 September 2026 together with the master institutional profile, programme overview, study regulations, admissions and assessment policies, examination-design procedures, final-thesis and defence rules, certification and records policy, ethics, complaints, equal-opportunity and lecturer-vetting policies, financial-continuity and privacy documentation, LMS evidence, governance materials, the 2026 quality-review log and the completed QAHE application form. The Committee concluded that the Institution meets QAHE’s standards for institutional accreditation.

The dossier identifies a company incorporated on 2 March 2021 and registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 344624. A Trade Register extract dated 10 September 2026 records extracurricular education and training, organisation of courses and lecturing activities. Ownership and statutory representation rest with the Managing Director as sole shareholder, giving a single, reviewable operating basis.

The Institution describes its purpose as accessible, flexible, practice-oriented professional education for adult and working learners. Programme labels such as BBA, MBA, MEM, MHA, MPA, MPH, LLB, LLM, LLD, DBA and MSc are used as professional designations and are not presented as Czech academic degrees under Act No. 111/1998 Coll. That distinction appears in the study regulations, application form, study agreements and public-information policy.

Study is delivered fully online through the EBMI learning environment, with rolling commencement after contract and payment conditions are met. Each subject follows a documented sequence: learning materials, an untimed 15-question knowledge test with a 70 per cent pass mark, and a timed practical application examination of 10–15 tasks within 45 minutes, also at 70 per cent. Programme completion requires a final thesis of defined minimum length and an online defence. LMS evidence shows that this sequence is in use.

Assessment design includes item-writing standards, LMS configuration, answer-key control, versioning, periodic review and handling of defective items, together with academic-integrity and responsible-AI rules and a proportionate identity-verification procedure. Admission is based on published prior education or, where stated, relevant professional experience, without entrance examinations. Application forms, study-agreement templates, refund and cancellation rules, complaints and appeals routes, equal-opportunity policy and GDPR documentation set out how learners apply, contract, pay (including up to five interest-free instalments), withdraw and seek review.

The Institution uses an external-lecturer model. Selection, vetting, induction, competence review and conflict-of-interest expectations are documented, with representative profiles across the main professional areas. A lean governance structure provides statutory approval of controlled policies, study administration, academic and quality oversight, LMS support and external contributors. The 2026 baseline quality-review log records formalisation of that framework. Statutory financial statements for 2023, 2024 and 2025 show continuing revenue, positive after-tax results and rising equity. Continuity planning prioritises LMS access, assessment records, learner communication, thesis and defence processes, and data protection.

QAHE’s decision is an institutional quality-assurance decision. It does not make International Institute of Management a Czech university. It does not confer authority to award academic degrees under Act No. 111/1998 Coll. It does not separately accredit any named programme or specialisation. It does not replace Czech or EU company, consumer, data-protection or professional-licensing law. After listing, institutional accreditation of International Institute of Management s.r.o. may be indicated on completion documents as accreditation of the Institute, provided the wording does not state or imply separate QAHE programme accreditation of an individual professional designation. Logo use must follow the guidelines supplied with the accreditation pack.

QAHE congratulates International Institute of Management s.r.o. on the approval. Further information is available at https://www.qahe.org.
