It is a limited liability company (společnost s ručením omezeným) incorporated on 22 April 2014 and registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 225273, Company ID 029 24 871. The registered office is Plaská 622/3, 150 00 Prague 5 – Malá Strana. The company’s registered activity includes extracurricular education and training and the organisation of courses and lecturing. It is wholly owned by Theorein Group s.r.o., which is wholly owned by VCF Capital, s.r.o. Statutory representation rests with Managing Director Ing. Vladimír Částka, who may act independently on behalf of the company.

The institution’s purpose is professional, non-degree education for working adults. Its stated mission is to provide accessible, flexible and practically applicable professional education that supports professional and personal growth. Its vision is to operate as a trusted, transparent and quality-assured provider in that field. Academic regulations, admissions conditions, study agreements and the institutional profile all state that the programmes are not higher-education programmes under Czech Act No. 111/1998 Coll. on Higher Education Institutions, nor under foreign higher-education legislation. Designations such as BBA, MBA, DBA, Executive MBA, LLB, LLM, LLD, MPA, MPH, MHA, MSc. and Ed.D. are used as professional designations, not as Czech academic degrees.

Provision is organised through specialised Academy brands that function as educational divisions of the same company rather than as separate legal entities. Those divisions include Executive Academy, Healthcare Academy, Defence Academy, Teacher Academy, Public Administration Academy, Law Academy, Finance Academy, Marketing Academy, Mentor Academy, Real Estate Academy, Social Media Academy and Progress Academy. Across these divisions the institution presents twelve professional programme families. Entry is based on prior education and, where stated, relevant professional experience. Study is modular. Learners complete subject-level tests and seminar papers and a final thesis followed by an online defence.

The professional programmes are delivered fully online. Students have 24-hour access to a learning management system, may start on a rolling basis and study at their own pace, with an indicative completion period of about 10 to 14 months. Short courses, particularly through Progress Academy, may also be offered face to face. The learning environment includes a student dashboard, subject materials and lectures, automated tests, electronic submission of written work and defined contact channels. Representative evidence of that environment has been documented for quality review.

Assessment rules are published. Online tests use a standard pass threshold of 70 per cent. Manually assessed work is expected to be returned within seven working days. Written work may be resubmitted. The final thesis is graded as pass, revision required or fail. Thesis length is differentiated by level: 20 standard pages for BBA and LLB; 30 pages for MBA, Executive MBA, MPA, LLM, MPH, MHA and MSc.; and 50 pages for DBA, LLD and Ed.D. Citation follows ČSN ISO 690, and about two thirds of the main text is intended to be practical and applied. Seminar-paper templates also set different length expectations by level.

Integrity, complaints and student-facing processes are set out in written policies. Students are required to be the genuine authors of submitted work. Permitted, disclosable and prohibited uses of generative AI are distinguished, and serious integrity decisions rest on human review rather than automated detection alone. Complaints and academic appeals follow separate routes, with informal resolution first, then formal complaint or appeal, and a final internal review by a person who did not make the original decision. Admissions and contract documents describe application, evidence of education or experience, a Study Agreement, payment including interest-free instalments, LMS access after the commencement payment, withdrawal and default. Student-support, refund and cancellation, and privacy and data-protection policies address access to learning, feedback times, refund circumstances, GDPR lawful bases, data minimisation and the role of the Czech supervisory authority.

Teaching is delivered through an external-lecturer network rather than a permanent employed faculty. Representative profiles cover human resources, healthcare, health administration, finance, executive management, analytics, education management and public administration. Quality assurance is described as an annual cycle of planning, delivery, monitoring, review, improvement and record-keeping, including programme review and monitoring of assessment consistency.

Elite Education Network s.r.o. holds institutional accreditation from the International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-Tertiary and Higher Education (QAHE). That accreditation applies only to the company as a single legal provider. It does not make the institution a Czech university, does not confer authority to award academic degrees under Act No. 111/1998 Coll., and does not separately accredit individual professional programmes or Academy brands. It is an institutional quality-assurance recognition of the provider’s documented framework for professional non-degree education.
