Section 1: Program Overview
1.1 Introduction
The aim of our Hostile Environment Awareness Training (HEAT) is to prepare our clients to work safely and effectively in high-risk or unstable environments. Our courses are designed for journalists, NGO workers, corporate personnel, government staff, and others who may be deployed to areas affected by conflict, political instability, natural disasters, or other threats.

1.2 Program Structure and Curriculum
Training Schedule: 2 days
This training program runs from 09:00 to 17:00 with 40-minute sessions and a lunch break from 12:00 to 13:30.
Our Hostile Environment Awareness Training (HEAT) course is designed to prepare individuals, especially those in humanitarian aid, journalism, and international development for work in Libya specific high-risk environment. This program aligns with the UK security industry standards and emerging trends by integrating security principles, psychological resilience, and evolving threat risk vulnerability landscapes into our immersive, scenario-based learning.

1.3 Admission Requirements
Hostile Environment Awareness Training (HEAT) courses are designed to equip individuals with the skills and mindset needed to operate safely in high-risk environments. Admission requirements are generally inclusive, focusing more on professional relevance and personal readiness than academic credentials.

  Academic Prerequisites:
-No formal academic degree required HEAT programs do not mandate university-level education.
-Basic literacy and comprehension participants must be able to understand instructions, safety protocols and communicate effectively in the course language (English).
Professional Relevance:
-Client Sponsorship job specific field teams.
Medical Clearance:
-Participants are screened prior to attendance by the client.
Experience and Risk Profile:
-Not mandatory.
Language Proficiency:
-All students will have a knowledge of English as this is a client prerequisite.
