As the founder of ESHO skincare and the Black Aesthetics Advisory Board, he has consistently worked to improve diversity and opportunities for BAME practitioners and patients.
In addition to his clinical achievements, Dr. Esho has made significant strides in education and community service. Through initiatives like the ESHO Initiative, he has provided free corrective treatments to over 2,000 patients with congenital deformities and trauma. His dedication to mentoring young black students in medicine through the Melanin Medics program further exemplifies his commitment to fostering the next generation of medical professionals.
