It has come to our attention that Maldives Business School continues to display the logo of the International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-Tertiary & Higher Education (QAHE) on its official website, despite the fact that its accreditation with QAHE has not been renewed.
We wish to clarify that Maldives Business School is no longer an accredited institution with QAHE. While we respect the autonomy of institutions in deciding whether or not to renew their accreditation, we take the unauthorised use of our logo and branding very seriously, particularly when it may lead to misunderstanding or misrepresentation regarding an institution’s current accreditation status.
QAHE rarely issues public statements regarding non-renewals, as these are typically voluntary and administrative in nature. However, in cases where our intellectual property is used in a manner that may mislead students, partners, or the public, we are compelled to issue a formal clarification.
We strongly encourage all stakeholders to verify the current accreditation status of any institution directly via our official directory at:https://www.qahe.org/list-of-accredited-institutions/
We remain committed to upholding the integrity and transparency of our accreditation processes and protecting the trust placed in us by the global academic community.
