Sep 22, 2026 Central European Institute of Business (CEIB) is an online professional education provider based in Prague. It operates as Central European Institute of Business s.r.o., a Czech limited-liability company registered under IČO 24404926, with its seat at Lublaňská 267/12, 120 00 Praha 2 – Vinohrady. The company was entered in the Commercial Register on 21 January 2026. The statutory director is František Kyselka.

CEIB presents itself as an institute for working learners who want structured study that can be applied in practice. Tuition may be paid in a single sum or in instalments, including invoicing to an employer where the Institute allows it.

It does not make CEIB a Czech university under Act No. 111/1998 Coll., does not confer authority to award state-recognised academic degrees, and does not separately accredit each BBA, MBA, DBA or LL.M. title. Those designations remain the Institute’s professional awards. Public claims should keep that distinction.
