QAHE Launches Founding Editorial Board for The QAHE Global Journal of Higher Education — Invitations Now Open (Non‑Remunerated)

The International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre‑Tertiary & Higher Education (QAHE) is pleased to announce the establishment of the founding Editorial Board for its new peer‑reviewed publication, The QAHE Global Journal of Higher Education. The Journal will provide an international forum for rigorous research, policy analysis and practitioner case studies that advance institutional quality, accreditation practice and the future of higher learning.
Invitation to Serve (Volunteer, Non‑Remunerated)
QAHE warmly invites distinguished scholars and senior education professionals to join the Journal’s founding Editorial Board. This is a voluntary appointment for established academics who meet the Journal’s eligibility criteria and are committed to supporting a high‑quality, internationally relevant publication.
Eligibility and role
- Eligibility: Applicants should hold a doctoral degree (PhD, EdD or equivalent) and demonstrate extensive research and writing experience (peer‑reviewed publications, editorial/reviewer service, or equivalent scholarly outputs).
- Role: Founding Editorial Board members will serve in a voluntary capacity, typically reviewing 2–3 manuscripts per year and providing occasional strategic guidance on themes and quality standards.
What QAHE will provide
To formalise the appointment and recognise service, QAHE will:
- Issue a formal appointment letter in PDF format confirming the board membership and role.
- Publish a listing on the Journal website showing the member’s name, title and institutional affiliation.
How to accept
Scholars and professionals interested in joining the founding Editorial Board should reply to
admin@qahe.org with a detailed biography/CV. On receipt, QAHE will prepare and send the PDF appointment letter and confirm the website listing text if you are eligible.
About the Journal
The QAHE Global Journal of Higher Education will operate on a continuous publication model: articles will be published online as soon as they complete peer review and are accepted, with all items aggregated into an annual volume. The Journal will publish original research, comparative studies, programmatic case reports and practitioner‑focused analyses that inform policy and practice across QAHE’s global network.
