He currently serves as Professor and Dean of Business Studies at Riviera University and as a Researcher at the APEC Policy Support Unit, where he contributes significantly to academic research and policy-driven initiatives. Throughout his career, Dr. Yong has held senior management positions at prominent global organizations, including redONE Network, Huawei Technologies, Digicel, and CIMB Bank. He has demonstrated exceptional expertise in marketing, business management, corporate social responsibility, and strategic partnerships.
A dedicated educator, Dr. Yong is deeply committed to fostering student engagement and academic excellence. He holds a Doctor of Divinity (honoris causa) from Thames International University and a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration from Charisma University.
