Prof. Dr. Nguyen The Vinh is the Dean of HR at Dong A University, the UFA Board Member (Vietnam), a PUIE Professor of HR and Education, EIU Adjunct Professor (France), AU Assoc. Professor (US), and MUST postgraduate Supervisor (Malaysia). Additionally, a Reviewer for the Journal of Economic and Administrative Sciences, and Evidence-based HRM.

Nguyen The Vinh holds a doctorate with a major of Business Administration from the Southern Luzon State University, Philippines, and doctorate with a specialization of HR from Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand, etc.
