The International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-Tertiary and Higher Education (QAHE) is pleased to announce that Malta Leadership Institute (MLI) has successfully renewed its QAHE institutional accreditation. MLI is based at Valley Tower, Suite 9, Valley Road, Birkirkara, Malta.
Malta Leadership Institute was founded in 2017 and is licensed to offer accredited courses in Malta’s further and higher education sector under licence MFHEA 2018-005. It forms part of Leadership Consultancy and Training Services Ltd (LCTS Ltd). The Institute’s published mission is to support the development of the individual in all aspects of life; its vision is to empower individuals and enterprises through education, administrative support, and consultancy.
MLI’s public catalogue is organised around three fields: Education, Management and Leadership, and Health and Holistic Wellbeing. Awards range across the Malta Qualifications Framework, including certificates and awards at MQF Levels 3 to 5, undergraduate diplomas and bachelor’s programmes, and master’s awards such as the Master of Education in Inclusive Education, the Master of Business Administration, and master’s programmes in nursing and applied nutrition. The Institute also offers corporate and professional training, including bespoke programmes for employers.
Provision includes part-time and full-time study, blended routes for international students, induction and student-support arrangements, and a published quality-assurance policy covering assessment, the learning platform, and internal review. Renewal of QAHE accreditation follows a review of this public record and of the Institute’s continued alignment with QAHE’s institutional quality-assurance expectations.
QAHE institutional accreditation applies to Malta Leadership Institute as the named entity. It does not automatically cover the parent company or other LCTS services unless they are independently reviewed and listed. QAHE accreditation is an institutional quality-assurance recognition. It does not confer authority to grant qualifications, does not replace the MFHEA licence, and does not itself place an award on the Malta Qualifications Framework.
QAHE congratulates Malta Leadership Institute on the renewal of its accreditation and looks forward to continuing the partnership. Further information is available at www.qahe.org.
