Academic & Research Professional Human Resource Management Public Administration
Dr. Jan Vrba is a distinguished academic and researcher specializing in human resource management, public administration, and economic development. He holds multiple advanced degrees, including two Doctorates (D.B.A.), one of which is recognized at the level of an Academic Doctorate in the Czech Republic. His educational background spans political science, economics, business management, and social services from accredited institutions across Europe and the United States.
Currently serving as Vice Dean for International Cooperation and University Lecturer at the Faculty of Administration and Economic Studies in Uherské Hradiště, Czech Republic & Poland, Dr. Vrba is actively engaged in academic leadership and curriculum development. He is also an Expert Panel Member at Anna Centre for Public Affairs, University of Madras, India, contributing to research and knowledge enhancement in political science.
Dr. Vrba has extensive experience in academic publishing, serving as Deputy Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board Member of the peer-reviewed International Journal of Public Administration, Management, and Economic Development (IJPAMED). He is also a research reviewer for the International Journal of Science, Technology, and Society (IJISTS).
